Arrears of Ukrainian population for utilities doubled

This was informed by "Zerkalo Nedeli" weekly. As was found by its journalists, last year Ukrainian owed UAH 12.5 billion, so the total debt exceeded UAH 23 billion. However, as journalists observe, in the first half of 2016 due to not adequate power consumption rates and subsidies the state overpaid UAH 11 billion for gas.
