Vice Prime Minister Gennady Zubko promises that by the end of this week all consumers will be connected to the heating system. At present moment the heating system operates in all enterprises and in residential houses in Volyn, Ternopil, Rivne, Chernivtsi, Poltava, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions.
As the Vice-Premier said, the most problematic are the southern regions. The reason - primarily bureaucratic factors, but not unpreparedness due to the technical condition, the official said.
