Kyiv's Obolonskyi District Court will continue preparatory hearings in the high treason case of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych on May 29.
President Petro Poroshenko has said that as of Wednesday, there have been no complaints about the court ruling to confiscate the funds of former President Viktor Yanukovych and his entourage.
The Finance Ministry of Ukraine has received the ruling of the High Court of Justice in England on the so-called $3 billion Russian debt, which does not recognize the validity of Ukraine's position and arguments within this case. Finance Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Danylyuk said this at the briefing, Ukrinform reports.
The files of treason case of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will be transferred to the court in early March, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has said.
