Donbas status bill may be considered in final reading on Jan 18

The Verkhovna Rada will consider amendments to the draft law on the de-occupation of the Donbas on January 17 at the morning session.

This is reported by Gazeta.ua. In the session hall 347 people's deputies registered.

Eralier to this on Jabnuary 16 Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy said that the MPS will be discussing every amendment in line with the legislation. "If we do not consider them [in the second reading] today, we will continue to consider them tomorrow, and if we have no enough time [for this] tomorrow, we will consider [them] on January18, and will put them to vote on the same day. But we will allow no one to disrupt the consideration of this bill," he said at a Verkhovna Rada plenary meeting on January 16.

MPs have been discussing this bill and amendments to it since January 16 morning.  MPs have already considered over 370 out of 673 amendments.
