Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey Andriy Sibigha considers the conclusion of a free trade area agreement with Turkey as one of the key priorities in 2018.

He wrote about it on Twitter.

"Turkey is Ukraine's third trading partner in 2017, and this is under the absence of a Free Trade Area agreement. The current level of bilateral trade and economic cooperation is far from being in line with the mutual potential. The conclusion of the FTA agreement is one of the key priorities in 2018," Sibigha wrote.

The diplomat also cited the data of the developed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development of the TOP-15 largest partner countries in the export of goods from Ukraine. According to him, in January-October 2017, the share of Ukrainian exports to the EU was 40.2%, to Russia - 9.3%, Turkey - 5.7%, India - 5.2%, China - 4.6%.
