Monitors have no access to almost half of occupied Donbas - OSCE

"The authorities of the certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions completely block the access of monitors to the area of the Russian-Ukrainian border in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, and 46% of the militant-controlled territory are virtually closed for patrolling by the OSCE SMM monitors," Ukrainian army operation headquarters reported following the meeting between the Ukrainian side and the OSCE SMM representatives. At the same time, the international monitors say they have no problems with access of the mission to the territory controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
