Ukraine fulfills all obligations on disengagement of heavy weapons

"Ukraine and the OSCE initiated the disengagement of heavy weapons and establishment of a cease-fire regime three times each in February. In general, most heavy weapons were disengaged, but after Avdiyivka everything was demolished. The negotiation process was driven almost to the top," he said in a TV commentary on Wednesday evening. Marchuk noted that Russia theoretically supports the idea of disengagement. "The Ukrainian side provided information on the location of heavy weapons to the OSCE on February 8, and we had completed all the procedures until February 20 [...] On February 20 the enemy shelled us 62 times, 85 shells were recorded on February 21 [...] From January 1 until February 22 illegal armed formations broke the cease-fire regime 3,129 times having fired the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) positions with 37,840 mines and missiles [...] On the one hand, Russia recognizes ORDLO (authorities of some areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions) documents, on the other hand it provokes Ukraine to withdraw from the negotiation process," he said.
