During the meeting, the members of the working group discussed the possible amount and the terms of coal importation by train and through sea ports. According to preliminary calculations, Ukraine will need about one million tons of coal. Voshchevsky pointed to the need to restore Luhansk heat and power plant, which contained about 500,000 tons of coal.
