Kyiv to boost tourist flow to 3 mln people in two years

According to the department of economics and investments of the Kyiv City Council, the program will increase the tourist flow into the city up to three million people and their average length of stay in the city until five days. It will also increase the income from tourist tax to the city budget up to UAH 15 million, as well as attract more domestic and foreign investment into development of the tourism industry and enhance the development of tourism infrastructure. The main goal of the program is to turn tourism into one of the most profitable sectors of the economy in Kyiv.
