Parliament has to adopt 400 laws to complete decentralization process

"I hope that the Parliament will move further towards the adoption of amendments and additions to the Ukrainian Constitution [concerning decentralization]. Moreover, MPs have to adopt about 400 laws, which will complete the process of administrative and social, economic and fiscal decentralization," he said. He recalled that the fiscal decentralization of this year had given a positive result - the increase in local budget funds up to 40%.
