Poroshenko urges to define plan on strengthening defence in case conflict escalates

"We must clearly define the plan on strengthening our defence in case of escalation," the Head of State said, according to his press service. The President stressed that Ukraine strictly complies with its commitments given in Minsk agreements on settling the conflict. He added that fake elections in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions planned by militants for October 18 and November 1 can ruin the Minsk agreements completely.
